Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Begin your return in the return portal, which can be reached via your order email. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at the designated location on the shipping label. Please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] if you have any issues.

Exchanges

Begin your return in the return portal, which can be reached via your order email. In the note section, please designate which product/size/color for which you would like to exchange. ASMBLY will then process the exchange manually. Please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] if you have any issues.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit if selected.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
